Turkish investigators suspect that terrorists are responsible for a car bomb attack that killed 3 people and wounded 15 others in the capital Ankara.
The explosion rocked the Turkish administrative district on Tuesday. Windows were blown out in nearby shops and offices.
Kurdish separatists have carried out a series of attacks in Turkey in recent months. Nine Turkish soldiers were killed in an incident in August.
The Turkish military says it retaliated with a series of air assaults and killed nearly 100 separatists.
